Mara Kaplan provides expert advice in designing inclusive play environments both indoors and outdoors from her
unique perspective as both an educator and a parent of a child with a disability. Mara Kaplan has over fourteen
years of experience in creating and operating accessible play environments.  Let Kids Play’s consulting services
include assessments of recreational spaces, playspace design consulting, playground planning and project
management.  

Educational Seminars
Mara also offers seminars, workshops, keynotes, articles, and webinars on playground development, accessible
playgrounds and other play environments.  . Mara has spoken nationally on the importance of inclusive play,  She
believes strongly that all children deserves to play. Mara is available to speak on Inclusive playground
environments, the importance of play, raising a child with a disability, and how to plan a playground from scratch.

Play in Your Home
Let Kids Play knows that one of the first places a child plays is at home.  That is why our services includes designing
your child's playroom or your backyard, creating a sensory room, and recommending appropriate toys and other
educational materials.  Each year in November and December, Let Kids Play makes daily recommendations on high
quality toys.
